My name is Rafael Gameros. I’m an amateur photographer.

I take pictures in and around the City of San Jose, usually with a variety of old school 35mm cameras or my iphone.

I’ve lived in San Jose since 1991 and have been exploring and photographing San Jose for several years now.

Through my photographs and urban explorations, I’ve seen a side to San Jose that is both ordinary and interesting and big and small all at the same time.

This has become the city that I love and sometimes hate.

This is Pueblo Uno.

A global city of many cultures, dreams, perspectives, diversities, directions and contradictions, all caught at the intersection of progress and history.
